From the manufacturer of our most innovative small equipment, Woodpecker’s all-in-one PT-A Ultrasonic Scaler and Air Polisher brings utmost efficiency, flexibility, and convenience to your hygiene workspace. Switch between ultrasonic scaling and air polishing by simply picking up the respective handpiece.
In air polishing mode, attach your choice of supragingival or subgingival lightweight handpieces and snap in the corresponding quick-change powder tank, all included. Supragingival handpiece features a 0.7mm caliber powder nozzle that concentrates output with less overspray. Subgingival handpiece features Woodpecker’s patented, single-use, flexible subgingival tips with graduated markings at 2-3-5-7-9mm. 360° rotating nose cones and 66” lightweight hose allow for superior access. Purge mode and three-piece handpiece disassembly provides for easy cleaning and maintenance.
In ultrasonic scaling mode, the unique elliptical piezo motion and gentle titanium alloy scaling tips disperse the impact force between tip and teeth for better patient comfort while enabling a polishing effect. A built-in LED illuminates the work area for superb visibility.
A multifunction foot pedal included controls both devices with water-free, boost, wash, and standard operating modes. The smart, seamless touch screen displays corresponding water and power levels at a glance with quick fingertip adjustment. Attach external air supply with quick connector included, pick up either device, set control levels, press foot pedal, and clean ortho, perio, implants, tough stains, and deposits with unmatched versatility!
Low-profile, non-slip base is complete with two interchangeable, heavy-duty water reservoirs with 600ml and 1,400ml volumes, ON/OFF switch, 25V power supply, optional external water connection, air filter, and all necessary air connection fittings. Base measures 8-1/2" x 13".
Each system also includes 14 assorted piezo scaling tips with tip wrench, three handpiece sterilization cassettes, cleaning accessories, and comprehensive maintenance kit.
