The life-size TMJ Demonstrator Model makes it much easier to show patients the causes and effects of TMJ disorders than words or photos ever could.
One side of the model shows a normal temporomandibular disc and socket with normal occlusion. The other side demonstrates the problematic conditions associated with TMJ disorder. Cutaway view highlights the displaced disc and surrounding bone inflammation. Dramatically shows the effects of TMJ disorder on the teeth, including cracks, chips, plaque, cavities and bruxism.
Model measures 6"W x 6-1/2"H x 6"D and comes with one full-color plastic card labeling all 3D features.
