The Simple One DD2011 Disposable Chairside Amalgam Separator easily installs directly in line with vacuum lines under each chair to provide 100% self-contained, legally compliant amalgam collection. The canister is completely disposable with no filters to clean. After 9 to 12 months, or when HVE flow suddenly decreases, simply disconnect and replace full unit with a new canister in minutes (waste recycling kits sold separately). Keep your practice operable if issues arise by addressing a single dental unit rather than a complicated centralized system.
EPA compliant in all 50 states. Passes ISO 11143 protocol. Maximum flow rate 1L/minute. 360ml capacity. Canister measures 8½"L x 3⅞" diameter. Each kit is complete with ½", ⅝" and 1" NPT nylon hose fittings and disposal caps. Not for use with hygiene procedures.
