Shipping to Continental U.S.Most orders ship the same day if ordered before 3:00 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Items not currently in stock will ship when available with no additional shipping charges. Some items may be drop-shipped from another location, so your order might arrive in separate shipments. Please allow extra time for personalized items. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin IslandsThere will be a charge of $25.00 in addition to the regular US ground shipping rates. In-stock rush orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Eastern time will ship the same day. 2-Day delivery, UPS Next Day, or FedEx Priority for delivery the next business day by 10:30 a.m. (in most cases) is available for an additional charge. Please reach out to us for more information. Please note that expedited delivery is not available for items that are drop-shipped. You will be notified before checkout if your order contains any of these items. Shipping to CanadaFor your convenience, GST, brokerage, and other fees are calculated when placing your order. Please note that a brokerage fee of $9.00 will be added to all shipments to Canada, and that prices and invoice totals are quoted in US dollars. In case of shipping damages, notify Practicon within 15 days. If paying by cheque, please write “In US funds” on your cheque. Payments made by credit card are entered as US funds. Exchange rate is determined by the credit card issuer at the time of the charge, or credit in the case of returned goods. Canadian businesses who are GST registered may claim this amount through an input tax credit with their local government. International CustomersPracticon welcomes business from around the world, and we will do everything possible to provide you with our friendly customer service and the best method of shipment. All international orders must be prepaid in US currency. We accept US bank drafts and US money orders. You can also send us your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express account number, along with the expiration date and the CVV number (three digits on the back of VISA, MC and Discover, or four digits on the front of AMEX). Freight charges for international shipments are dependent upon dimensions and weight of the package(s). All packages will be shipped by either FedEx or UPS. Shipping expenses will be listed on the invoice enclosed with the order. Please contact Practicon at ccr@practicon.com for special assistance. By ordering goods from Practicon, purchaser waives and transfers rights to receive the actual amount of duties refunded to UPS. All duty will, in turn, be refunded to the purchaser directly by Practicon, Inc. GST cannot be refunded on returns. Please return items in original condition within 30 days to ensure a fast refund of purchase price or exchange. Original shipping charge is not refundable. Items sent after 30 days of purchase must be returned unused in original, undamaged packaging within one year from purchase date. Send items UPS or USPS Insured. International ReturnsPlease email ccr@practicon.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to sending back your return. Include your name, complete address, and order number in your email. Unauthorized international returns are subject to refusal. Personalized & Special OrdersWe are happy to handle your special requests whenever possible.
