Developed specifically for orthodontic use, Orthodontic Plaster is harder and whiter than ordinary plaster and features a long working time. Trims easily. Mix under vacuum for optimum results.
Physical properties:
• Mixing ratio: 37ml water/100g powder.
• Working time: 7 to 9 minutes.
• Setting time: 14 minutes.
• Setting expansion: 0.20%.
• Compressive strength, wet (1 hour): 3,500 psi (25 MPa).
• Compressive strength, dry (48 hours): 6,500psi (45 MPa).
