Frequently Asked Questions Why don’t I see my Premier Discounts?
To see your Premier Discounts, you must be logged into your account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one here. If you have logged in and are still experiencing an issue, please call us at 1-800-959-9505. I forgot my password.If you have forgotten your password, click here. Enter your email address and click Submit. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you. How do I cancel my order?To request an order cancellation, please call us at 1-800-959-9505 and provide the order number listed on your confirmation page. We can cancel any order that has not been shipped. How do I sign in/sign out?To sign in, click My Account The CVV number is the 3-digit security code that is printed on the back of Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. It is usually found on the top right of the signature box. On American Express cards, it is the 4-digit code found above the last few digits of the card number on the front of the card. How do I make changes to my order?To make changes to your order simply call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-959-9505. A Customer Service associate will be more than happy to help with your request. Please have your order number and the phone number available so we can quickly access your order.
