The ThermaKnife trims and cuts 3D digital prosthetics and ortho aligner trays cleanly and quickly, as well as bleaching trays, soft mouthguards, and night guards. Lightweight pen-shaped handle features an ergonomic padded grip and sharp, permanent knife tip for improved comfort and control. Cutting tip heats ultra-fast to save time and eliminate waiting.
With a heated, rounded beak, the convenient ThermaPlier helps dimple aligners quickly and accurately for controlling pressure and making retentive undercuts on ortho appliances and mouthguards. Fully adjustable temperature control with power ON indicator light. A-B switch on front of unit selects between knife or pliers.
The built-in V-35 Lab Handpiece adjusts from 14,000 to 35,000 RPM with 4-position speed dial (14k, 22k, 27k, 35k RPM) and reversing switch. High-torque 0-30 VDC micromotor provides smooth operation and powerful performance at both high and low speeds. Snap-twist chuck.
