Need to return an item? Simply follow the instructions on the back of the packing list enclosed with your order. Please return items in original condition within 30 days to insure a fast refund of purchase price or exchange. Items sent after 30 days of purchase must be returned unused within one year from purchase date. Send items UPS or insured parcel post.

For international returns, please e-mail ccr@practicon.com for a Return Authorization Number prior to sending us your return. Include your name, complete address and order number in your e-mail. Unauthorized international returns are subject to refusal.

For Personalized and Special Orders: Practicon reserves the right not to accept returns on special orders or imprinted items unless there is an error on our part. For greatest accuracy, verify all personalizations before placing your order.
