Most orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded). Depending on location, orders are shipped by the most efficient method via United Parcel Service®, FedEx® Ground or US Priority Mail. Please allow extra time for personalized items, depending on the item. Items ordered that are not currently in stock will ship when stock arrives. Please note, items ordered together are not always shipped together.

Due to substantially increased delivery costs to locations outside of the US continental 48 states, an extra charge of $15.00 will be added to all domestic shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands, in addition to the regular US ground shipping rates (see table below).

Overnight or 2-day express delivery is not available for items that are drop shipped.  These items will be noted on their product information pages.

Canadian Shipping

To save you money, Canadian orders are now shipped into Canada for door to door delivery.  Expedited Service for delivery within three business days to most locations is available for a minimum additional charge.  Please call for more information.

For your convenience, all necessary duties, GST, brokerage and other fees are calculated when placing your order.  A brokerage fee of $8.95 will be added to all Canadian shipments.  All catalog and internet prices and invoice totals are quoted in US Dollars.  In case of any shipping damage, please notify Practicon within 15 days after delivery for proper claim.

If paying by cheque, please write "In US funds" on your cheque.  Payments made by credit card are entered as US funds.  Exchange rate is determined by the credit card issuer at the time of the charge, or credit in the case of returned goods.

By ordering goods from Practicon, purchaser waives and transfers rights to receive the actual amount of duties refunded to Russell A. Farrow Ltd.  All duty paid will, in turn, be refunded to the purchaser directly by Practicon, Inc.  GST will not be refunded on returns.  Canadian businesses who are GST registered may claim this amount through an input tax credit.
