To save you money, Canada orders are now shipped into Canada for door to door delivery. Expedited Service for delivery within three business days to most locations is available for a minimum additional charge. Please call for more information.
For your convenience, all necessary duties, GST, brokerage and other fees are calculated when placing your order. A brokerage fee of $6.95 will be added to all Canadian shipments. All catalog prices and invoice totals are quoted in US Dollars. In case of any shipping damage, please notify Practicon within 15 days after delivery for proper claim.
If paying by cheque, please write "In US funds" on your cheque. Payments made by credit card are entered as US funds. Exchange rate is determined by the credit card issuer at the time of the charge, or credit in the case of returned goods.
Practicon welcomes business from around the world, and will do everything possible to provide you with our customer friendly service and the best method of shipment. All international orders must be prepaid in U.S. currency. We accept U.S. bank drafts and U.S. money orders; or send your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express account number, along with expiration date and the CVV2 number (located on the back of the card). Freight charges for international shipments are dependent upon dimensions and weight of the package(s). All packages will be shipped by either FedEx or UPS. By ordering goods from Practicon, purchaser waives and transfers rights to receive the actual amount of duties refunded to UPS. All duty will, in turn, be refunded to the purchaser directly by Practicon, Inc. GST will not be refunded on returns. Canadian businesses who are GST may claim this amount through an input tax credit.
