What about consistent quality?

Since 1990, Zoll has served dentistry with American-made craftsmanship and family service. Every Color-Eze instrument is hand-shaped, honed razor sharp and individually inspected at their Niles, IL factory.

What about sharpness?

All Zoll Color-Eze Instruments are made from the highest quality, American surgical-grade stainless steel, heat-treated to a Rock-well hardness of 54 to 56—equal to many “extended life” instruments. They hold a consistent, lasting edge to minimize the need for sharpening.

What about comfort?

At the core of Color-Eze Instruments, Zoll’s Featherweight® XL hollow handles are lightweight and extremely comfortable to use. All steel composition transmits subtle vibrations, resulting in increased tactile sensitivity and reduced false readings. Rigid blades on select instruments offer 50% greater stiffness for removing tougher deposits.

And best of all, the cushiony silicone Chub-Eze instrument grips included relieve daily hand fatigue and improve control.

What about price?

Color-Eze Instruments are a true value, still costing less than most premium instruments, with or without silicone grips.

Each instrument is covered by the Zoll-Dental Warranty for 100% of all material failure. All are fully sterilizable.

Each instrument includes two matching Chub-Eze grips in your choice of nine colors. Slide them on semi-permanently with the aid of the alcohol wipe included. And Chub-Eze are heat sterilizable to 600°F—no need to remove them for sterilization.
