How to create a Vision

Vision is defined for our purpose as "a mental image produced by the imagination; intelligent foresight." A Vision of how you choose, not hope, your practice to be is a powerful tool in fulfilling potential. A Vision is a distillation of your dreams and aspirations doctor, brought to a mental picture that is so strong it cannot help but happen. The dentist can seek input from team members about the Vision for the practice, but it is the dentist himself/herself who must articulate the Vision, and hold it aloft as a beacon toward which the team proceeds. The following exercises will help create your Vision for your practice.
